# Update Invoice

> Update a draft invoice.

## Overview

Update an invoice. Drafts can be edited freely. A sent invoice is finalised
and cannot be changed, which is what makes the document the customer received
trustworthy.

    ## Responses


    Objects and lists come back under `data`. Errors come back under `error`
