The portal is a page your customers sign into with the wallet they paid from. They see their plans, invoices, receipts and payments, and can cancel where you allow it. There is no password to set and nothing for your support team to reset.

Your customer signs in with the wallet they paid from

Switching it on

Enable it in the dashboard under Settings, then Portal, or through the API:

How a customer signs in

They prove the wallet. The page asks them to sign a short challenge, and the session that comes back is scoped to that one customer’s records.
1

They open your portal URL

https://pay.reclack.com/acme, where acme is your workspace slug.
2

They connect a wallet and sign a challenge

No password, no email link, no account to create.
3

The session is scoped on the server

Every query is filtered by that scope on our side, not by what the page happens to ask for.

What they can do

Cancellation is sent from their own wallet. Reclack confirms the chain agreed before marking the subscription cancelled, and your application hears subscription.cancelled.

Branding

The portal carries the same logo, tint and button colour as your checkout, receipts and emails. Set it once under Settings, then Branding.
Reclack never asks a customer for a seed phrase or a private key, in the portal or anywhere else. If a page claiming to be yours does, it is not ours.

What it saves you

The portal exists to empty a specific part of your inbox:
  • Requests for a copy of an invoice.
  • Requests for a receipt.
  • Questions about when a plan renews.
  • Cancellations that would otherwise be a support ticket.
